The Fire House had a great crowd and I was invited behind the bar to let all their customers know why 81 people came out of the wood works.
When I told them about the bike tour and that the money is going to a local girl who needs a new beach wheelchair - well people started reaching over the bar handing over bills. I was completely overwhelmed as I was given everything from $1.00 bills to $100.00 dollar bills. I went back into the kitched to count them and was amazed that we raised $400.00 in that bar - all in about 3 minutes....
This is why I love calling Wildwood home.
