I would guess the Clover has about 38 seats and a busy take out service. When we were there every seat was taken.
This guy pictured above handed everyone in there - most of whom had a little to much to drink.
This guy pictured below cook every order.
We were seated right behind him, he did not smile, make eye contact, say hello, cuss, act made, act busy ... just cooked and cooked and cooked. It was an amazing operation.
best of all - the burgers were cooked under hub caps. I suggest if you are not in a hurry and want a unique dining experience - Go to the Clover Grill as it's worth the wait!
