Mrs. Laura Short is the Untied States Coast Guard's best cheerleader! (note her USCG Cheerleading outfit) Laura and her two daughters participated in the 5K stroller division - 2nd place. Her husband missed today's action as he is currently deployed at Sea as an active member of the USCG.
We would like to dedicate the 5K Run to all the men and women in the Armed Forces who are protecting our freedom and allowing us to live free in the Greatest County in the World.
