How great of a community do we live in...

Mrs. Haas told me she wanted to take the kids on the Tram Car in the Spring - I called Pat Rosenello who oversees the Tram Cars and he said "no problem" just let me know when... Pat had an idea - how about we do something special - lets pick them up at the school if it's ok with the Wildwood Police Department!

So I called Chief Long - he said "No Problem" and between Sgt. Nanos and Officer Lemon they saw that we had an escort from the School to the Boards... The kids loved the VIP treatment.

On our return back to the School we passed the Dairy Queen on the Boardwalk at Poplar Avenue - the owner Bob Fagan (who is a great supporter of our community) asked if he could treat the kids to Ice Cream Cones... all 50 kids... needless to say the kids went Nuts again!

Every year I try to give some special attention to one of our local Elementary Schools - this year I was able to do a few different things for Mrs. Haas's Class... (and the other two Pre-K classes) What great kids! What a great community...
