There was a huge supporter of the GWLL, a local from Wildwood Crest by the name of Doug Raucci. A young man who left us much to early, but his memory is kept alive by many who knew him as a big supporter of all the teams that played on Higbee Field. To honor his memory his parents were asked to throw out the first pitch of the 2010 season!
